Jamie (Richards) McShane (50) a wife, mother, daughter, sister aunt and beautiful soul, left this earth on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016. Jamie was raised in Westville, IL, and attended Westville High school before attending the University of Indianapolis (IN).  She earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree, a fitting career for such a loving person who helped all she could whether human or animal. She lived by example knowing “God is Love”.  In each soft-spoken word, she showed you she cared. Jamie was an avid runner for years and participated in several triathlons.  Her father Jack Dean Richards preceded her in death.  She is survived by her mother Barbara Jo (Byers) Richards; husband Daniel McShane and their nine year-old daughter Lauren; step son Travis; brothers Jack Richards, (Linda); Rex Richards (Lisa); and many other devoted relatives and loving friends. In following her wishes a formal service will not be held.  Jamie humbly requested that small groups, who knew her, gather at will and celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers please support the American Cancer Society.  May she rest in peace.
